How do I return or exchange my order?

Please note that orders made on Meta Shops can only be returned for refund or store credit and cannot be exchanged.

We offer three options for returns and exchanges:

1. Exchange for another color or size
2. Return for an eGift Card
3. Return for a refund back to the original payment method.  If you no longer have access to the original payment method, please select an eGift Card as your refund option instead.

We offer two options for returning your items to us:

1. You can choose to drop your exchange off at a Happy Returns Return Bar location for the quickest option.
2. Alternatively, we will provide you with a free shipping label to print, and you can pack and ship your return or exchange back to us.

You will need your order number to begin processing your return or exchange. You can find your order number on:

1. Your account page
2. Your shipping label listed after "PO" under your address
3. Your order or shipping confirmation email
