Roark was founded in 2009.
Roark is evolving our product assortment through more sustainable and organic fabrics and fair trade labor. This process takes time, but we are seeing a 12% year over year increase in sustainable products within each seasonal line.

The Roark logo is our iteration of the “safecamp”, which dates back to the hobo era, in which its marking represented a safe place to camp for the night.
The chase for Roark began out of a desire to tell stories born of adventure and discovery in the form of a man - he’s the shadowy adventurer that disappears into Mexico for six months camping, only to surface in Paris drinking Bordeaux with a diplomat. Each season we find Roark in a different part of the world, telling stories of exploration within our product, on social platforms, and in our bi-annual "Artifacts" magazine. Inspired by the culture and climate of Roark’s destination, we produce two collections per year of clothing, luggage and trinkets - the artifacts of adventure. The product and stories we create empower people to discover self through authentic, youthful, modern, and purposeful adventure on the road less traveled
Afterpay
Afterpay sends payment reminders via SMS and email prior to payments becoming due. It is also easy to view your orders and payment schedules on Afterpay.com or in the Afterpay App.
You can make payments anytime before your due date. If you’d like to make payments before your scheduled pay dates, you can do so through your Afterpay account. Just select the installment you’d like to pay early and hit "Pay Now."
At this time, Roark.com does not allow digital gift cards to be purchased using Afterpay. If you have multiple items in your cart with a digital gift card, you will need to remove the digital gift card in order to purchase product using Afterpay.
If you do not make a payment when due or funds are unavailable, you will be charged a $8 late payment fee. An additional $8 fee will be charged if the missed payment is not made within 7 days. Afterpay is only offered to customers over the age of 18.
Yes, your cart value must not exceed $2,000 to use Afterpay with Roark.
Afterpay is always zero interest. You pay nothing extra when you pay on time, according to your payment schedule. The only fees are late fees for missed payment
Customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are due every 2 weeks in equal installments and will be drawn from your selected payment method.
You can log in to your Afterpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.
Shop OluKai.com and checkout as usual. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method. You will be directed to the Afterpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard). If you've used Afterpay before, just log into your Afterpay account. Then complete your order!

We immediately send each order to our distribution center to begin processing and preparing it for shipment. We move as fast as possible, so we cannot change or cancel anything on your order. Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We do offer free 30-day returns and exchanges to accommodate any changes you wish to make. Discounted items are excluded and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We will send you an email as soon as your order ships with a tracking number to follow your shipment from our distribution center to your front door. When you receive your order, you can begin the return or exchange by clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Fit can be a bit difficult to determine, as it is usually your personal preference. You can reference the size chart located on each product page for more specifics. Staple Tees are 100% cotton and not pre-shrunk whereas Premium tees are pre-shrunk and have more of a slim fit. Shorts all have different lengths based off the inches in the name or features and pants have a 32" inseam. Depending on your preference, most fits are a standard size and if the product is not to your liking, we offer free returns.
If you sign up for an email notification on the product page you will be the first to know when the product is restocked.
Returns & Exchanges
For the fastest processing, as soon as the Returns Bar processes your return or exchange:

If you ship your return back to us, as soon as it is received and accepted:

- You can choose to drop your exchange off at a Happy Returns Return Bar location for the quickest option.
- Alternatively, we will provide you with a free shipping label to print, and you can pack and ship your return or exchange back to us.

We offer gift returns in the form of eGift Cards to use towards the purchase of any item on our website.
We do not provide direct gift exchanges. You will need to return your gift for an eGift Card and use it to purchase another item.
You will need two numbers to begin a gift return:
- Order Number, which is listed on your shipping label after "PO" under your address.
- Zip Code of the shipping address.

Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Kick back and relax this holiday season knowing your Roark gifts come with an extended return & exchange period. Orders fulfilled from Nov. 1st through Dec. 25th can be returned or exchanged for free until Jan. 26th here. As always, free shipping is included for all orders $100+. Discounted items are excluded and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All orders placed after Dec. 15th include our standard 30-day free return & exchange policy.
Rest easy, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days for items purchased at Roark.com for US customers. Items must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging and tags. Discounted items are excluded and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please also note that orders made on Meta Shops can only be returned for refund or store credit and cannot be exchanged.

Shipping charges are not refundable. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. Your refund may be reversed if the items are not returned in new, unused condition with the original packaging and tags after further inspections.

We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $100. After your payment is verified, most orders ship within one business day from our warehouse at 3591 Volunteer Blvd, Henderson, NV 89044.
The holidays are here and we want to help get your gifts delivered to the right place at the right time. For the best chance of receiving your orders in time, please see our recommended holiday shipping cutoff schedule below. We encourage you to shop early this holiday season to ensure your items arrive on time.

Most of our orders are delivered by FedEx Home Delivery and they do deliver packages Monday−Saturday. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Reference the estimated delivery date in checkout.
Note: Shipments are only picked up Monday−Friday.
We offer international shipping to Canada only. Duties are on us. Taxes will be collected at checkout. For Europe and Australia please follow the links below:

We ship all of our orders with FedEx and cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you enter a P.O. Box at checkout your order will be held until we can verify a physical shipping address for you.
All of our orders are shipped from our Distribution Center at 3591 Volunteer Blvd, Henderson, NV 89044.
We provide an estimated delivery date for your order during the shipping selection in the checkout process. This estimated date is not guaranteed.
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with the tracking information letting you know it’s on the way. Upgrading your shipping method only expedites the transit time once your package has left our warehouse at 3591 Volunteer Blvd, Henderson, NV 89044.
Note: Payment is captured when your order is placed.
Warranty
We offer a one year warranty on our product.
Roark gear is guaranteed against manufacturer’s defects for one year from the date of purchase. Product covered by the Roark guarantee will be replaced at Roark's discretion.
We stand behind all the products we make. Our Boatman Boardshort is warranted against defects in materials and craftsmanship for as long as you own the item and we will repair or replace the product free of charge per our standard return procedures. Our lifetime warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, alterations, fading, improper care, abuse or other circumstances which, in our sole discretion, violate the warranty. There is no need or requirement to register your warranty with Roark. For any warranty issues, please contact [email protected], providing photos of the product.
