When will I receive my Refund, Exchange, or eGift Card Refund?Updated 11 days ago

For the fastest processing, as soon as the Returns Bar processes your return or exchange:

  1. You will receive your refund
  2. We will begin processing your new order
  3. You will receive your eGift Card refund

If you select the shipping label, once there is tracking showing the package is in transit back to our warehouse:

  1. You will receive your refund
  2. We will begin processing your new order
  3. You will receive your eGift Card Refund

You will receive a confirmation email when processing is complete.

Please note: All returns and exchanges must be initiated online with us and must use the QR code or return label provided. Otherwise, our system will not be able to identify or process the return or exchange.
