What is your return or exchange policy?Updated 2 days ago

Rest easy, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days for items purchased at Roark.com for US customers. Items must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging and tags. Discounted items are excluded and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We offer three options for returns and exchanges.

1. Exchange for another size or color

2. Return for an eGift Card

3. Return for a refund back to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to the original payment method, please select an eGift Card as your refund option instead.

   If you would like to exchange your item, we offer free exchanges for items of equal value. If the new item costs more, you will be asked to enter payment during checkout to pay the difference.  If the new item costs less, you can choose to receive the refund to your original payment method or as a gift card.

   Shipping charges are not refundable. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. Your refund may be reversed if the items are not returned in new, unused condition with the original packaging and tags after further inspections.
